10K Course
- Start and entrance to trails is the same as the 5K. Course is heavily marked.
- There will also be printed copies at race site taped to Mare’s truck
5K Course
- Police coverage for safe crossing over Goodale Road to trails.
- Turn Right on Sussex Branch Trail. You are not running to the gate. There will be a volunteer telling you to turn around and follow the heavily marked course.
- Water station is at 1/2 mark for both distances. Located near the headquarters
